Having your girl break up with you is one of the most hurtful things that can happen when you are a young man. As you get older, you may think it gets easier, but it doesn’t. Sure the hurt may feel different when you are younger, and you may handle it differently but in the end it’s the same. If you are experiencing heartbreak like this and hurt by the fact my girlfriend is breaking up with me, then you must understand what has caused it. It’s either you, her, or someone else.

1. It’s You.

If you’re struggling, and left wondering how to get back with your girlfriend; There may be some things you do that push her buttons, and I’m not referring to these things in a good way. What upsets her? What things are you doing that would want to make her leave? Now, I’m sure you know what things you do that drive her crazy. Sure it may be fun or appealing to you, but she despises it.

To stop her from leaving, stop what you are doing. Pick what’s more important. If you know you have a problem or she feels you have a problem, get it checked out, at the least for her. Doing it for her, helps.

2. It’s Her.

She may be having issues that are the source of driving you two further away from one another. There may be a lot of reasons why. The best thing for you to do is to try and keep things as normal as possible. She needs space why she analyzes things. Be cool about it, but don’t act like anything is not wrong, and let her know you know there are some existing problems. Bottom line is that letting her go might be the best solution.

If she comes back, make it a healthy environment for things to grow. If she decides not to, respect her decision and the way she feels. Don’t give up just yet, because girlfriend breaking up may only be a temporary situation.

Reason #3. It’s Someone Else

It’s not cool, but reason for girlfriend breaking up may be due to someone else being involved. If so, there’s not too much you can do about it. You can’t change their minds, so seeking revenge or payback through violence or acting out is not the route to take. It will only make things worst.

If you keep your cool and hold back on losing it, you will then be showing her that she is possibly making the wrong decision. Truth is, if she cheated on you, then she will do it to anyone she’s with. In that case, you’re better off without her anyway.

There are other scenarios which could have caused the split, but one of the the three reasons explained is normally the culprit. A breakup is a very hard and draining situation to be in, but you will be more confident and come out stronger because of it. In the future have a good view of everything, as it will help you if girlfriend breaking up was to ever happen again.
